American Construct Dispatch

American Construct LLC offers voluntary operational SMS notifications to enrolled employees and field technicians. Messages include work assignments, job links, scheduling changes, material requests, order and delivery updates, and two-way dispatch communication. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Enrollment

To enroll, complete and sign the staff SMS consent form provided by dispatch. Dispatch retains the signed form and enables messaging after consent is recorded. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. You will receive an enrollment confirmation text.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on assigned work, scheduling, material requests, and replies. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. For assistance, contact 240-601-9342 or alfred@americanconstruct.net. Contact dispatch to arrange alternative work communication or to re-enroll.

Delivery and privacy

Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not an emergency response service.
